Operation hours of the Registration counter will be as follows:

Badges and registration materials will be available for pickup on-site.
Option 1: Individual pickup – each delegate will be able to collect his own registration materials upon arrival.
Option 2: Group pickup – one person will collect the registration materials for the entire group (Appointment is required). Further details will be provided at a later stage.

REGISTRATION FEES

Fees (in USD) apply to payments received prior to the indicated deadlines.
Registration fees are exclusive of sales tax.

****ASVAC 2019 delegates registering for Masterclass only, do not have access to other sessions at the conference. ASVAC 2019 delegates are entitled to attend selected workshops, free of charge on a first come, first served basis.

GROUP REGISTRATION POLICY

In order to facilitate your group registration, please complete the Group Delegation online registration.

Please do not send preliminary name lists. In case there are Abstract Presenters among the group delegates, please advise the names and abstract numbers in advance in order to guarantee the abstract will remain in the Scientific Program.

All Credit Card charges will be made by the delegate.

NOTE: There will be a 5% administrative charge and the amount payable will include the administrative charge. All credit cards transactions will be made by the merchant name: MP Singapore Pte Ltd.

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming the registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.

A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that the registration fees were not credited in the Conference account on time.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY

All substitution requests must be made in writing to ASVAC 2019 Conference Secretariat and electronically mailed. Substitution request will be as follows:
Prior to April 10, 2019 – No extra charge
From April 11, 2019 onwards – Processing fee of USD 30 applies.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations requests must be electronically mailed. Refund of registration fee will be as follows:
Prior to March 10, 2019 – Full refund
From March 11, 2019, until April 10, 2019 – 50% refund
From April 11, 2019 – No refund

All fees charged, all surcharge applicable to online payment by credit cards will not be refunded. Bank transfer admission fee will also not be refunded – applicable to Bank Transfer payments.

All approved refunds will be made within two months after the Congress is held.
